Purpose
|

The purpose of this grant is to assist in the provision of special education services to eligible individuals incarcerated in a secure care facility. Specifically, this grant supports the acquisition of instructional technology and software, as well as curriculum materials for use in the development of student transition plans and portfolios. The funds from this grant should be utilized to purchase instructional supplies that are not included in the existing educational operating budget.
