Fiscal Year 2008 District/Charter Annual Financial Reports

Districts/Charters submit their Annual Financial Reports (AFR) in Microsoft Excel. The Fiscal Year 2008 AFR is a report of expenditures made and revenues received for the School Year beginning July 1, 2007 and ending June 30, 2008. The Excel files contain links and when you are prompted to update the links you should select "Don't Update" or "No". Also if you already have Excel open then you might have to click on that open Excel window after hitting the Go! button. Now that you are ready just select a District/Charter below and then click Go!
Warning!Due to a mapping error by School Finance the text in several cells on Page 9 will be skewed for some files. The affected lines are 35-39. If line 38 says 955 Intergovernmental Agreements then the file is fine. If not then line 35 should say 850 Student Activities. Line 35 and 36 should be in 36 and 37, respectively. Line 38 should say 955 Intergovermental Agreements and what's in line 38 should be in 39.
