Medical Billing and Coding The Medical Insurance Billing and Coding program is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions as medical insurance billers/coders in today's health care offices, clinics, and facilities. Students study diagnostic and procedural terminology as it relates to the accurate completion of medical insurance claims.
