With the passage of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 (NCLB) legislation,
schools and teachers are given assistance in helping students perform at high
academic levels.
In addition, parents are now given options for helping their children if they
are enrolled in a school that is identified in its second year of improvement.
Supplemental Educational Services is one of those options.
