Team members coordinate opportunities for students to develop leadership skills and demonstrate occupational skills through participation in career and technical student organizations. The career and technical student organizations in Arizona are DECA, FBLA, FCCLA, FFA, and SkillsUSA – VICA.

The Career Pathways team members work closely with other Career and Technical Education staff in providing technical assistance to school districts as well as other ADE divisions to coordinate professional development and other ADE initiatives.
