    MISSION STATEMENT
    OPCA provides integrated health and educational services in an unconditionally supportive and therapeutic environment that fosters healing and behaviors which encourage independence, self-empowerment, responsibility, an appreciation of learning, and personal growth. Our program remediates academic deficiencies and enables students to emotionally and behaviorally return to public school.
