Phase II: ELA -Revising Units to meet the Common Core State Standards (CCSS)
Teachers will use the EQuIP rubric to evaluate exemplar units and their own units. Teachers will collaborate to increase the level of rigor and text complexity to meet the CCSS. Teachers will adjust units to meet the expectations of the EQuIP rubric and the CCSS.
Pre-requisites:
CCSS Phase I ELA Teacher Training
One or more completed multi-day units
This training may be presented in grade level bands (K-2, 3-5, 6-8, and High School) or as a K-12 session.
