Full Meal Pattern Review
This training will discuss the final phased in requirements for the New Meal Pattern for Lunch and Breakfast. Attendees will review compliance for a planned menu, reimbursable meals at the POS, and record keeping of production records, standardized recipes, nutrition fact labels and processed food documentation.
