There has been a change in ownership of the charter. The amendment has been approved by the charter board. The new owner of this charter is Imagine Superstition Middle, Inc. Old name was Imagine Middle at Superstition, LLC. New contract signed 1/11/2011 by State Board for Charter Schools.
